i hear tony and alf have been down there for a practice session this week. i bet alf still comes last! don't tell him i said that.

Yes, we went to Highlys on Tuesday. Had a few fish but the water is about two foot down, you sit where you would normaly fish in the margins. Some of the pegs are unfishable due to the weed and we were told that all contests had been cancelled due to the water level.

Think we will have to look at the venue about a week before the match.

this may cause a problem for our first match in april next year. we may need a re-think about highley as it's hard to get 20 pegs in when at normal level.

tony, i take it we will be able to get about 12 pegs in at highley's next month ?

Think we might scape 12 pegs in keith.
