2nd bye 21/5/16 at blythe waters

well here we go again, the suns been out every day since our last match ! today the showers returned but at least it was warm rain this time today found us fishing the cherries pool at blythe fisheries, a pool full of big carp but can be hard going at times, as yesterday proved ! it wasn't the greatest day but gail and her husband made us feel welcome as per normal even if her husband seemed to be making love from behind with a swan aided by our own stan half way through the match but thats another story!
anyway here is the story of the day.

well done every one it didn't fish well on the day, but hey that's fishing and we all enjoyed it. thanks richard and ian for making up the numbers .see you all at barston next month.

Ive drawn peg 9 (2up from aerator) open water .. Ian drew peg 30 other side on the point.

Ive had 2 on waggler, 2 16m mugging then finished with 70lb (down the edge) ..
Ian was 13m to the island had 2-3 dobbing a pellet about then down edge for 59lb for 2nd

Backup weights 55.. 40.. then 30. It was bright and hot (what a difference a day makes)

You have been spot on, Blythe is a place I have overlooked .. not sure why.. but if you apply the rules its an excellent venue really good fishing.
