well we kicked off our 2012 campaign at a very sunny but very windy lavender hall . we had the whole of the dragon pool so plenty of room for the 12 brave anglers who fished the match. results posted on results board.
after 2 hours it looked like neil mcalinden would be winning the pools payout as he was the only one to catch anything! was very hard going for first 2 hours but after that a few fish started to show with paul davis doing the business with a couple of decent carp . colin horner caught a nice carp plus a bream to be in the money. dave gordon and micky davis got amongst the skimmers to also take home a bit of cash.andrew kibble just missed out on the payout coming 5th. myself and neil scratched around for a few bits and that was about it
. was cold in the wind but nice to get out in the fresh air again.
