Really good night.
Last saw carrott 15 years ago in Birmingham which was (i think) his last tour/show. Back then he was churning out the old jokes and last night was a re hash of some of those, but still went down a bomb. The bloke has just got great timing and does not have the need to F and blind to get laughs. The music was ok, a lot of 60's stuff, a lot of which i was never over keen on ie tamla, Lusty Dusty Springfield etc , but finished off with some Quo stuff and a couple of ELO tracks with Carrott playing along with them which was a good blast. The lead singer from The Rockin Berries was with them and give him his due, he could still sing ok.
Just a note-If you or any of your mates liked ELO and 'The ELO experience' ever come your way go and see them. We saw them a while back and they were fantastic, great show, great performances and they sounded almost better than the real thing.
