secretary thanked everyone for their hard work throughout the 2014 season.
george jobson was replaced in club by colin hewitt. conky also joined club. andrew kibble retired from club and will be replaced by ken smith.
subscriptions will stay at 45.00 for 2015 season.
each member must have at least 20.00 paid in by first match, highley's farm. if not paid in they will not be able to fish. because the club has lost money over the last two years because of two members not paying subs it was decided that all members must be up to date with payments for every match. 45.00 subs to be paid from jan 2015 to oct 2015 thats 5.00 per month. after 20.00 for first match you must have paid a fiver in for each following match. i.e. pay up or don't fish, simple. alfie will let you know if you are getting behind with payments.
each member was supplied with a payment card.

it was decided that coach fares for annual would rise to 6.50 which is in line with the rising cost of coach hire.
the 2015 presentation will take place at the fox and goose on saturday 5/12/15 as voted by by members.

lifts to matches. colin will try and use company van to help out when he can, not all matches. members who don't drive should sort out their lifts at meetings before matches.

a new veterans trophy is needed.
it was decided that david preece, ken smith and micky davis will fish the 6 closest pegs to car park in every match. this does not mean pegs 1 to 6 but the 6 closest to car park. sepperate draws to made before main draw. this is now set in stone those 3 can not go into main draw if they don't fnacy first 6 pegs.
