So we have had 2 matches both of which were opens the 1st of which was at Lavender Hall Fishery. A cold crisp day in February, so having to avail myself of the facilities here I found that they are really superb, clean and pleasant and warm water to wash your hands a normal unheard of or even unfelt luxury. Marks out of 10 for this venue would have to be an 8.
Moving on to our second open of the year which was at The Riddings. After we had our summer weather for the week before with temperatures in the high 60's we had a good 15 degree drop the morning of our contest. But to get to the facilities these are ok, clean enough and purpose built unlike some of the portable toilets on some fisheries which dont allow you to swing a cat in. Not that I take cats fishing !!! Marks out of 10 for this venue 6
