a great turn out with 19 members attending with apologies from micky davis who couldn't make it.
secretary thanked everyone involved with the club for all their hard work and support throughout the 2013 season.
club has 3 new members for 2014 and were indtroduced to other club members. 2 members resigned from club, ken smith was thanked for his service to the club over the last 4 years and will harrison was not!!! enough said.
all members were given a list 0f 2014 matches.
members voted to increase subscriptions by 5.00 makeing it 45.00 for the 2014 season ( sorry my pound sign don't work on my key board! lol )
alf mobbs explained the clubs financial status to members.
colin explained how bingo worked and secretary asked for a bit more support from members in running the bingo, keith smith will continue to sell 25 number cards at his place of work.
secretary explained how all k.o. competitions will work in 2014.
secretary explained what would be happenig at this years annual match, coach, venue, pub etc. cost again will be 5.00 per head on coach.

mark poole decided to resign his post as one of the two weighers
tom humphries was elected to take the place of mark and peter mcalinden was re-elected as the other weigher.
secretary thanked mark for his hard work over the last few years weighing in.
it was decided that the golden peg competition is to carry on in it's current format.
members voted to continue the presentation night in it's current format i.e. disco, buffet.
secretary asked all non driveing members to arrange their lifts too and from matches before day of match and said it would be a good idea to contribute to drivers fuel cost for the day.
meetings will continue to be held at club at 8:30 pm on the weds prior to each match.
club members decided that we do not require any sort of insurance at this present time.
any tackle stolen , or any injury will not be fault of the club will be responsibillity of each individual member.
each member was handed a set of club rules.
